Her business journey commenced in Brazil in the year 2000, where she worked in the Education sector in addition to management consulting. In 2007, Tarciana relocated to the United States to further her education with an MBA from Emory University. At Emory, she leveraged her business expertise in the healthcare sector, offering strategic consulting to Kimberly-Clark’s medical devices division. She also supported Emory’s biotech incubator and contributed to the advancement of Emory’s Global Health Institute’s mission to enhance global health standards.
In 2008, Tarciana transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, joining Janssen-Cilag’s business development division. She later became an integral part of Novartis’ marketing division, where she demonstrated her leadership skills at both local and regional levels. As a former Business Unit Head at Novartis, Tarciana has a proven track record of launching and growing products across mass markets, specialty sectors, and rare diseases.
In 2016, Tarciana co-founded Atacana Group Inc. She is deeply passionate about nurturing Atacana’s talent, delivering exceptional value to clients, and driving innovation to enhance healthcare outcomes.
